I adore this piece a lot~! I’m not fully familiar with all the characters, so I can’t say much on how they look compared to their possible, “Normal selves.” What I can say though is I love this piece. It caught my eye right away with the huge red sun and the looming battle ship in the back ground. The lighting, I love it, the sun and the clouds the most. The shading on the “Bird Man’s” back, I think it looks amazing along with his greyish white beard like hair under it. The ship in the background behind him with the green like eyes, I adore the shading in the grails of it and I love the lively optimistic look in every ones eyes. This piece really does stand out from most I have seen when it comes to execution and colour choice, I just wish there might have been some smoke coming form the “Man’s” pipe.
